You offer Ditcheroo as an optional service for new customers after their installation
We'll create a specific Ditcheroo launch page for your customers that explains how easy it is to cancel their old service with Ditcheroo. You can include it in emails about their installation, or your technician can even hand them a QR code when their new service is connected.

Customers input simple account data, and an AI agent executes the cancellation
Your customer provides the information needed to cancel their old service, like their address, account number, and phone number. Then, the AI agent calls, navigates, the phone tree, waits on hold as needed, works through the save tactics, and cancels.

Everyone gets notified upon successful cancellation
Once customers' old account is successfully cancelled, we notify you (and the customer directly, if you want) -- and that's it! Your customers avoid a major hassle, and you can be sure they won't be lured back by aggressive save tactics in the process.
