We'll create a specific Ditcheroo launch page for your customers that explains how easy it is to cancel their old service with Ditcheroo. You can include it in emails about their installation, or your technician can even hand them a QR code when their new service is connected.

Your new Customer inputs basic account information
Your customer provides the data needed to cancel their old service: their account number, physical address, email address, and phone number.
That's all they have to do -- no waiting on hold, no aggressive "save" tactics, and no hassle.

A specially trained AI tool executes the cancellation
Once your customers' old account is successfully cancelled, they receives an email confirmation that the process is complete.
